Government Extends Electric Car Grant Scheme Amid Rising EV Sales
The UK government has announced a one-year extension of its Electric Car Grant programme, alongside an investment of £1.5 billion aimed at facilitating the transition to electric vehicles (EVs). Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate
Under the government’s zero emission vehicle (ZEV) mandate, manufacturers must ensure that a minimum of 28% of all new cars sold in the UK are fully electric in the current year.
