Michael Eldridge
With over three decades in the financial services sector, Michael Eldridge takes on a prominent role as the UK Country Head for State Street. His background includes senior positions in Global Markets, Investment Banking, and Custody Operations, focusing on both front and back office functions. Eldridge holds an undergraduate degree in cross-cultural communications and a master’s degree in organisational management. He also serves as a board member for the Association for Financial Markets in Europe.
Lorna Parker
Lorna Parker brings vast experience as an Advisory Partner at Manchester Square Partners, where she conducts effectiveness reviews for UK public companies. She has held various significant roles, including serving as a Non-Executive Director for PAI Partners and a Trustee of the Royal Horticultural Society. Parker’s previous executive career included partnership at Spencer Stuart, where she led their private equity practice across Europe.
Justine Simons
An influential advocate for culture in London, Justine Simons has dedicated two decades to driving cultural transformation in the capital. Awarded an OBE for her contributions, she founded the World Cities Culture Forum and played a crucial role in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Currently, she oversees the East Bank project in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a significant investment in culture and education.
Ruth Willmott
Ruth Willmott is an acclaimed landscape designer and dedicated charity trustee with over 15 years in landscape management. Appointment Terms and Governance
The appointments for Michael Eldridge, Lorna Parker, and Ruth Willmott will commence on 1 March 2026 and remain in effect until 28 February 2030. Justine Simons will begin her term on 15 March 2026, concluding on 14 March 2030.
