This weekend, the Met Office reports that temperatures will typically range from 6°C to 10°C (about 43°F to 50°F), accompanied by showers on Saturday. Sunday is anticipated to be overcast and foggy, with rain expected to move in during the latter part of the day. Met Office meteorologist Honor Criswick noted, “The rain will progress into southern England and Wales, and there is a chance it could become heavier at times.”
In contrast, while southeastern England, northwest Scotland, and Northern Ireland may enjoy brief sunny periods, overall temperatures in these areas are projected to be cooler, falling between 2°C and 6°C (35.6°F to 43°F).

Tragically, a man in his 50s was found deceased in a caravan that was crushed by a falling tree in Helston, Cornwall. The storm led to the cancellation of flights, disruptions to train services, and closures of numerous schools due to adverse weather conditions.
