Rosenior was caught driving at 36 mph in a 30 mph zone on Rykneld Road in Littleover, Derbyshire, on 7 July. Although he was given the opportunity to avoid a criminal record by participating in a speed awareness course, Rosenior was unable to attend due to travel complications. He communicated the situation in a note to Derby Magistrates’ Court, stating a need to stay an extra night abroad and catch a flight the following day.
During a single justice procedure hearing on 2 January, Rosenior was ordered to pay a total of £1,052 encompassing fines, costs, and court fees.

The London-born 41-year-old took over as Chelsea’s manager following the departure of Enzo Maresca, who was dismissed on New Year’s Day due to a combination of poor results and deteriorating relations with club officials.
