BTS to Embark on First Tour Since Military Service
K-pop sensation BTS has unveiled their long-awaited comeback tour, following a hiatus of nearly four years due to mandatory military service. The tour, which promises “world domination,” will encompass an impressive 79 dates across multiple continents from April 2024 to March 2027.

In South Korea, military service is compulsory for all able-bodied men, with those aged 18 to 28 required to serve between 18 to 21 months. The members of BTS undertook their service at different times between 2022 and 2025. Jin, the oldest member, completed his service first in 2024, while rapper Suga was the last to be discharged in June 2025.
