Currently, average transaction times stand at 22 weeks, but the new packs aim to cut this down to less than 12 weeks by integrating various data sources into a single, reliable format. This includes essential information from land registries, energy performance certificates, and other critical documents.

If implemented widely, Moverly estimates that this innovative solution could decrease sale fall-through rates from over 25% to below 10%. The financial impact could save each household between £1,000 and £2,000 in direct expenses.
